We made an appt with Bressi Ranch Pet Hospital soon after we arrived and the staff could not have been more helpful and took the time to help me identify the best place to get food for my dog.We went to VEG on a Saturday which was recommended by BRPH thank goodness we made it there just in time.We had already set up an appt at BRPH for the following week. The waiting area is large and clean. This made our little dog more comfortable than any other office we have visited in her 16 years. We met Dr Lax after a brief wait. He asked to take our nervous little girl into his arms and proceeded to sit down and pet her calmly. We have never experienced anything like it anywhere. No other vet had ever taken this approach to making our dog more comfortable. She would shake violently in other offices but quickly became calmer as the doctor proceeded to examine her and go over our history and visit to VEG.Dr Lax recommended making a change to the medication and I can honestly say that he nailed it. We no longer have to give her one of the medications and she is doing great.
